Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Arrowroot Powder, Coconut Oil, Essential Oil, Menthol, 70% Rubbing Alcohol, Witch Hazel, Polysorbate 80, FD&C Colorant. 

• To use simply place on the shower floor and let the water fall over it. Soon enough you'll have soothing, menthol eucalyptus vapor rising up to meet your senses!
• Avoid contact with eyes; if eye contact does occur, flush eyes with clean water. Use caution when exiting the tub as oil residue may leave tub slippery. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
